What to Expect
Intake & Intention(15 minutes)
We begin by talking. You share what you're working on, what you want to change, and what a positive outcome looks like for you. I ask questions to understand you fully.
Induction(5–10 minutes)
I guide you into a deeply relaxed state using gentle verbal and breathing techniques. You remain fully conscious and aware throughout.
Therapeutic Work(30–40 minutes)
With your subconscious mind more accessible, we work directly with the beliefs, memories, or patterns at the root of the issue. Techniques may include visualisation, timeline work, parts integration, or regression.
Integration & Emergence(10 minutes)
You are gently guided back to full alertness. We discuss what came up, and I provide tools to continue the integration between sessions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I lose control or do things I don't want to?
Absolutely not. You are always fully aware and in control during hypnotherapy. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will or values. Think of it as a guided, focused state of deep relaxation.
Can anyone be hypnotised?
Almost everyone can experience a therapeutic hypnotic state. It is simply a matter of willingness to relax and follow guidance. The ability has nothing to do with being "weak-minded" — in fact, people with strong, focused minds often make the best subjects.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies depending on the issue. Some clients experience significant shifts in one session. Most deeper patterns respond best to 3–6 sessions. We always discuss this during your free discovery call.
Is online hypnotherapy effective?
Yes. The neurological processes that make hypnotherapy effective work just as well online as in person. Many of my most profound sessions have been conducted remotely.
Is it safe?
Hypnotherapy is widely recognised as safe when practised by a trained professional. It has no side effects and is non-addictive.
